Mr.Kumbhat, after the application was heard for some time, stated that if respondent No.2 and respondent No.4 are directed to inform applicant within two weeks of any final order being passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in their respective Original Applications (O.As.), applicant will withdraw the above applications and file fresh applications as advised.
Shri Kapadia for respondent No.2 and Shri Patil for respondent No.4 state that they have no objection and they will inform applicant within two weeks of any final order being passed in their respective O.As. pending before DRT. This statement is accepted as an undertaking on behalf of respondent no.2 and respondent no.4, respectively. Intimation to be given to applicant and their advocates.
In view of above, the above applications disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
