The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that now the seal affixed by the Municipal Corporation on the subject premises has been removed. This fact is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation. Hence, prayer clause (b) does not survive. As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, remedy of the petitioner is before the Court which has passed the order of status-quo.

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
