The learned counsel for the Respondent has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the petition on the ground that the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

In view of this, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the CAT.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed and is accordingly disposed of.
