No.852 of 2015 in Company Petition No.723 of 2014. These company applications stand disposed of accordingly. The counsel for the petitioner also states that in view of the above order, the respondents may be considered to have purged contempt, if any, as alleged in Contempt Petition in the company petition no. 11 of 2015. The respondents are at liberty to publish in any newspaper of their choice informing the public that the present petition and all applications have been disposed.
