Rane 2/2 Pursuant to the said Notification under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 the designated authority is now functioning at Nagpur at the following address :

Old Secretariat, Divisional Commissioner Office, First Floor, G.P.O. Chowk, Civil Line, Nagpur-440001.

In the circumstances, the matter will have to be transferred to the said Authority. Registry shall transfer the papers and proceedings in L.A.R. No.1 of 2018 to the said Authority within a period of 3 weeks from today. 4.

Parties to appear before the said Authority on 21st February, 2019.
