CORAM : B. P. COLABAWALLA, J.

DATED : 12th July, 2019.

P.C.

By an Order dated 16.12.2016, the Counsel for the claimants had undertaken to prepare a paper book, i.e. copy of Reference Application / Written Statement / Claimant's Petition, evidence and relevant documents within a period of eight weeks. Despite this order, when the matters came up on 11.08.2017, it was brought to the notice of this Court that this exercise was not undertaken by the claimants. In fact, the claimants did not bother to appear on the said date.

Thereafter, the matters again appeared on 20.06.2018, when the matters were removed from the Board as no paper book was filed and even on this date, none appeared on behalf of the claimants. It was in these circumstances, when the matters came up on 07.06.2019, since none appeared on behalf of the claimants, all these

matters were stood over on 14.06.2019 for dismissal. Since the matters were not listed on 14.06.2019 same are come up today. Even today when the matters were called out, none appears on behalf of the claimants. In these circumstances, all these matters are dismissed for want of prosecution.
