The learned Additional Govt. Pleader tendered a copy of the order dated 30th September, 2019 by which order, the Collector of Mumbai city has disposed of the representation made by the Petitioner. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned Additional Govt. Pleader submits that if the Petitioner Society has any grievance against the said order, it has appeal remedy under the statute. In view of this, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the remedy against the order of the Collector, if they so desire.
