Heard learned Counsel for the parties. After the matter is heard for some length, it is agreed between all parties that the Petitions can be disposed of in terms of the following order. It is accordingly ordered as follows:-

ORDER

(a) Contesting private Respondents in all these matters, who were Applicants before the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society for deemed membership under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Society Act, 1960, shall comply with the requirements of Rule 19 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules and the applicable Bye-laws of the society within a period of two weeks from today.

(b) The Administrator of the society, presently in-charge of the affairs of the society, shall communicate to the Petitioner, the compliance, if any, on the part of the Respondents in accordance with this order. (c) In case, there is any non-compliance on the part of the Respondents, liberty to the Petitioner to apply in this disposed of Petition by way of Civil Application.

(d) The interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

(e) The Petitions are disposed in the above terms. (S.C.GUPTE, J.)
