The suit is settled. The Advocates for the parties have drawn up consent minutes of the order. These minutes are signed by the Advocates for the parties, as also by the Plaintiff and all the Defendants.

Clause (1) of the minutes provides that the heirs of the deceased Defendant No. 2 are to be brought on record. Amendment to join the legal heirs of Defendant No. 2 to be carried out on or before 10th June 2015. Reverification dispensed with.

The minutes of the order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The suit is disposed of in terms of the consent minutes.
