Heard learned counsel for the Plaintiff. This chamber summons is taken out for amendment of the plaint by impleading the Official Liquidator, who is appointed as a liquidator of the Defendant, as a party to the suit and make consequential changes in the body of the plaint. The Defendant-company has been ordered to be wound up and Official Liquidator has been appointed by the company court. By an order dated 11 December 2017, leave was granted to the Plaintiff to prosecute the present suit under Sections 446 of the Companies Act 1956. The Plaintiff
