1] Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents are present before the Court. They have filed "minutes of the order" amicably arrived at between the parties. They are taken on record and marked as Annexure "A' for the identification. 2] In view of the consent terms, the impugned judgment dated 25th July, 2017 passed in Application (IDA) No.146 of 2010, by the Presiding Officer of the 2nd Labour Court, Mumbai is set aside on the condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.2,02,150/- (Rupees two lakhs two thousand one hundred and fifty only), to the 1st Respondent on or before 8th December, 2108 as full and final settlement of all his claims against the petitioner.

3] The parties agree that upon payment of the above 1/2

4] The parties agree and declare that they have no other claim of any nature whatsoever against each other. 5] In view of the consent terms, the Writ Petition stands disposed off with no order as to costs.
