The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of the Company Application, dismissed by Order dated 13.09.2017 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Ld.

Counsel for the Applicant submitted that office objections could not be removed as Advocate for Applicant was hospitalized.

Therefore, Company Application stands rejected.

Ld. Counsel for Applicant submitted that she has filed Affidavit of Service in the department. Statement of Ld. Counsel is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared on behalf of the Respondents to resist Chamber Order.

Hence, reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support need to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. Costs cost in cause.

Applicant and/or her Advocate to remove office objections on the Application and get the same numbered and regd. on or before 15-02-2018, failing Application to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
