On a reconciliation of accounts, parties are agreed that an amount of Rs. 8,85,029.16 is payable by Defendants Nos. 1 to 4 to the Plaintiffs. This is the amount in respect of the four premises occupied by each of Defendants Nos. 1 to 4. Ms Srikrishna on behalf of the Plaintiffs confirms that her clients have verified the correctness of this figure. Ms Panda for Defendants Nos 1 to 4 states that the amount will be paid on or before 24th April 2017. 2.

For the future parties are agreed that on the basis of the present computation, a copy of which is taken on record and marked 27thFebruary 2017

17-NMSL57-17.DOC "X" for identification, the Defendants Nos. 1 to 4 will make payment to the Plaintiffs at the end of each quarter. This is accepted.

Nothing survives in the Notices of Motion and it is disposed of in these terms with no order as costs.
