The Notice of Motion seeks to set aside a conditional order of rejection of plaint under Rule 986 of the High Court Original Side Rules passed by the Registrar/Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court on 20 October 2015. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed. The conditional order of dismissal dated 20 October 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, is recalled and set aside and the suit is restored to file. The Plaintiff shall now remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the suit shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court. ( S.C.
