In a Petition filed by the Petitioner against the Private Management-Respondent No.1 claiming for difference of payment of revised salary based upon 5th Pay Commission. They have arrived at settlement, which is recorded in Consent Terms dated 22nd September, 2017 is taken on record and marked "X". The Consent Terms is signed by the Petitioner and Respondentauthorized signatory and the respective Advocates. There is no issue with regard to the authorization and signatures. The

Prs 904 wp 464-00-o statement is made and the consent is well within the framework of law and the other Respondents have no consent being private dispute settlement. The Petitioner has already received demand draft of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

The present Petition is accordingly disposed of on the basis of the Consent Terms. No costs.
