Suit dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is not granted for not complying with the directions given in the order dated 26.4.2016. It is required to be noted that the plaintiff was directed, pursuant to an order dated 26.4.2016 to file his income-tax returns as large cash transactions running into crores of rupees was involved. The plaintiff has not complied with this direction and instead of complying with this direction, seeks leave to withdraw the suit. The counsel for the defendant nos.4 to 6 who is present in KJ

SJ3.15-8 Court is pressing for cost. The plaintiff to pay sum of Rs.50,000/- as cost to the defendant nos.4 to 6 by way of a cheque drawn in favour of Advocate on record for defendant nos.4 to 6. Refund of court fees if any, in accordance with the Rules. Office to process court fees refund application only after being satisfied that the plaintiff has paid the cost as ordered above.
