The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of Adoption Petition, dismissed by Order dated 28.11.2017 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.

Counsel for the Applicant. Ld. Counsel for Applicant submitted that alongwith Petition, Applicant has submitted draft of the Hon'ble Judges' Order, which was provided by the department, but the same was not accepted and objection was raised by the concerned Associate in that behalf. As the said office objection was not complied with, captioned Petition was rejected. However, Ld.

Counsel for the Applicant submitted that draft of Judges' Order is verified by the department, which is as per norms. Ld.

Counsel for Applicant made statement that this is uncontested Petition, which is taken on record.

As the captioned Petition is uncontested, contentions of the Applicant need to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.

Applicant and/or her Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.

on or before 19-03-2018, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
