Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. At the outset, the learned counsel seeks leave of this Court to amend the prayer clause in order to add prayer clause b1 and to modify the figure stated in prayer clause b. The draft amendment is tendered.

Attention of this Court is invited to order dated 18.02.2022 passed by Debts Recovery Tribunal at Pune and in that light, the averments at paragraph Nos.10 and 11 of the official liquidator's report. This Court has perused the same and in that light, the reliefs sought in prayer clauses (a) to (d) deserve to be granted.

In view of the above, the official liquidator's report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).
