The learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank on instructions submits that the bank be permitted to proceed with the auction proceedings, however, the possession of the secured assets would not be handed over to the successful bidder during the period of two weeks from today to enable the petitioner to approach the alternate forum and/or avail appropriate remedy as available in law.

WPL.86-2017 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank, no interim orders.
