2. Pursuant to the order dated 1 st April, 2016, Mr. Minoo Siodia, Advocate and Solicitor has filed disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The disclosure is taken on record.

3. The order dated 18 th February, 2016 is by consent, changed only to the extent of substituting the name of the learned Arbitrator from Mr.Rohan Cama, Advocate to Mr. Minoo Siodia, Advocate and Solicitor.

The above Notice of Motion shall be treated as a Petition under Section ssp 1/2

nms 312 of 2016 (921).sxw 17 of the Act and shall be disposed of by the learned Arbitrator within a period of two weeks from today. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator today i.e. on 05-05-2016 at 4.00 p.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter. 3.
