Since this Petition challenges three separate Demand Notices/ Orders dated 15 December 2014, which pertains to three separate licenses issued to the three different Petitioners which constitute three separate causes of action, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file three separate Petitions. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.
