Our attention is invited to paragraph (11) of the said order by the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation and would submit that the other occupants who have handed over the possession earlier, had handed over possession to the respondent no.3 and not to the Municipal Corporation. Statement is accepted.

It is clarified in paragraph (11) that the petitioners are directed to handover the vacant possession to the respondent no.3 within one week from today.
