Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons stated in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that Applicant Company be allowed to withdraw the Scheme of arrangement including Demerger of SAMARTH LIFE SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED ("SPSPL" or Demarged Company) with EUGON LIFE SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED (ELSPL OR Resulting Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors which was sanctioned vide order ssp 1/2

ca 91 of 2015 (938).sxw dated 28th November, 2014 passed in Company Scheme Petition No.575 of 2014 connected with Company Summons for Direction No.494 of 2014";
