This is an application for speaking to the minutes of order dated 25th April, 2022 in paragraph 2 wherein it is stated that the Commercial Suit is allowed to be withdrawn. However, it is not provided for the discharge of the Court Receiver without passing of accounts and 1/2

p1-ial-962-2022.doc upon payment of costs, charges and expenses which shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Accordingly, after paragraph 2, the following sentence shall be added, "In view thereof, Court Receiver stands discharged without passing of accounts and upon payment of costs, charges and expenses which shall be borne by the Plaintiff".

The order dated 25th April, 2022 shall be corrected accordingly.
