After arguing the matter at great length, learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage seeks liberty to withdraw this petition unconditionally. In my view, the petitioner cannot be allowed to withdraw this petition unconditionally. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client would pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- as and by way of donation to the High Court Law Library within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. Company petition is dismissed as withdrawn subject to the payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- as agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The receipt of donation of Rs.10,000/- shall be shown to the Associate of this court within one week from the date of payment. (R.D.DHANUKA, J.)
