By an order dated 17th March, 2015, the above Petition was admitted and directed to be advertised. Accordingly, the admission of the Petition was advertised in news papers on 27th March, 2015. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner informs the Court that no claims have been received from the workers / creditors of the Respondent in response to the said advertisement.

The Petition is taken up for final hearing. The learned Advocates appearing for the Petitioner and the Respondent have tendered Consent Terms dated 6th May, 2015. They submit that the

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner and the Director of the Respondent. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The above Petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms marked 'X'.

The Petitioner is not directed to advertise the settlement in newspapers since the admission of the Petition was advertised in news papers on 27th March, 2015 and no claims have been received from the workers / creditors of the Respondent.
