Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents. The Appellants are challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 20th November 2006 in Notice of Motion No.1809 of 2005. By the said order, the learned Single Judge was pleased to dispose of the Notice of Motion No.1809 of 2005. For the reasons stated in the order, injunction was not granted by the learned Single Judge in favour of the Plaintiffs. VRD

It appears that the interim order was continued for a period of four weeks, however, the record does not indicate that the Apex Court thereafter has granted interim order in favour of the original Plaintiffs - Appellants.

We are of the view that the Suit can be conveniently disposed of by requesting the learned Single Judge to decide the same as early as possible and within a period of six months from today. The learned Single Judge shall not be influenced by the order impugned and decide the Suit in accordance with law. With this direction, the Appeal is disposed of.
