For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) despite non-appearance of the Advocate for the Petitioner. The Petitioner is not financially well off.

As a final opportunity, all office objections must be removed on or before 18th November 2016. No further extension will be granted. In default, the Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be restored thereafter under any circumstances.
