As per directions of the Hon'ble Court dated 19.03.2018, Office is directed to withdraw Fixed Deposit prematurely in the aggregate of Rs. 1,57,08,111/- and Rs. 14,198/- and pay an amount of Rs.37,33,612/- out of the amounts deposited by the Respondent No. 1 along with interest accrued thereon, to the Petitioner on its making an application to this office. The balance amount would be plaid to the Respondent No. 1 - The Stock Exchange on submitting application to this office.

In view thereof, Office to take follow up action.
