Mr. Kale states that if, the court could only direct the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, to dispose the Securitization Application at the earliest, that would suffice. We have to note that in Writ Petition No.1068 of 2022, this court had called for a report from the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court and from that report it appears that Securitization Application No.409 of 2021 is at Sr. No.300 as on 2nd March 2022. We are not satisfied that petitioner should be allowed to jump the queue because there are 299 similarly placed parties like petitioner.

At the same time, we would expect the court to consider and dispose petitioner's Securitization Application as early as possible. Petition disposed.
