The grievance of the Petitioner is that her application dated 22nd June, 2017 which is required to be decided by the second Respondent, has not been decided as yet. A prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the Petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Chief Officer of Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate Vishal Parekar 1/2

4-wp-319-2018.doc decision on the Petitioner's application dated 22nd June, 2017 (Exhibit "F") after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as also to Ms. Akshata Anandgopal Valanjoo. The Respondent No. 2 shall issue notice to Ms. Akshata Anandgopal Valanjoo and after service of notice, shall hear the Petitioner as also to Ms. Akshata Anandgopal Valanjoo and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application.

The Petitioner to submit copy of this Petition with annexures to the Respondent No. 2 along with copy of this order. 5.

Let the entire exercise to be completed by Respondent No. 2 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
