This is the Decree Holder's application for an amendment of the Execution Application; specifically an amendment to column "G" of the Execution Application. This is necessary, according to Ms Deokar for the Decree Holder, to reflect the amounts received and to include further claims including interest. 22nd February 2017

I will allow the application but will keep all rights and contentions of the Respondent specifically open for determination at a later stage.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 3rd March 2017. A copy of the amendment application will be served on the Advocates for Respondent, Mr Khaire, by 10th March 2017. 5.

All rights and contentions of the Respondent are specifically kept open.

Liberty to the Applicant to make an appropriate application in the execution proceedings.
