The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have made a grievance that on two occasions, Notice of Motion No.4436 of 2016 in Summary Suit No.3105 of 2011 was argued before the City Civil Court, Bombay. However, after the arguments, assignments changed and the parties had to reargue the said Notice of Motion before another Judge / Court. In view thereof, the Principal Judge, City Civil Court is requested to assign Notice of Motion No.4436 of 2016 in Summary Suit No.3105 of 2011 for hearing to a Court which would hear the Notice of Motion and pass final orders within a period of four weeks and would not give up the matter even in case of change of assignments. The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Bombay on 7 th November, 2019 and after producing a copy of this order, obtain necessary directions. ssp 1/2
