Mr. Bhatt states that he will give photocopies of the necessary documents to Mr. D'Souza on or before 7th October 2016. Mr. D'Souza, for his part, agrees to pay for these photocopies. On these statements being noted and accepted, the Chamber Summons is infructuous and Mr. D'Souza withdraws it. It is disposed accordingly.
