Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that it remained on their part to complete service on the defendant for want of present correct address. She submits that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the Chamber Summons with liberty to file afresh as and when they get correct address of the defendant. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
