The learned Advocate for the Respondent on instructions undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the above three Petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of this order in full and final settlement of their claims against the Respondent. The undertaking is accepted. It is clarified that upon payment of the said amount as undertaken, the parties shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against each other.
