CHAMBER SUMMONS NO. 163 OF 2015 This chamber summons is taken out on behalf of defendant nos.1 and 70 for leave to amend the written statement that was declared on 8.07.2010. The issues are yet to be framed. In fact, all the defendants have not been served yet and an application to bring on record the legal heirs of some of the defendants is pending. The counsel for the plaintiff having sighed the schedule annexed to the chamber summons and in fairness states that he has no objection if the chamber summons is allowed. In the circumstances, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). defendant nos.1 and 70 to amend the written statement and serve a copy of the amended written statement upon the plaintiffs within two weeks from today.
The chamber summons stands disposed of accordingly. The suit be listed in due course.
