The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The Suit is for permanent injunction and damages. Defendants Nos. 2, 6 and 3 reside in Navi Mumbai and Thane respectively. However, a material part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. With leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit.
