Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, Mr. Jitendra G. Damani, Advocate is discharged from appearing for Defendant Nos.2, 4 and 6. However, Mr. Damani has alleged that Defendant Nos.2, 4 and 6 have stolen some papers from his office, for which he has filed a police complaint. This order shall not preclude Advocate Damani from proceeding with the said complaint. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
