Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 9.2.2016, 29.3.2016 and 28.7.2016 in writ petition No.3023 of 2016. On a reading of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondents, we do not find that there is non-compliance of our orders, much less deliberate non-compliance.

Hence, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
