Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the signatories to the consent terms are authorized to sign the consent terms on behalf of their respective parties. Signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates representing those parties. Undertaking recorded in the consent terms are accepted. Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Company petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs. In view of the disposal of the company petition, Company Application No.37 of 2017 does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. 5.
