Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. He invited our attention to the order dated 6th May 2015 passed by this Court in Chamber Summons (L) No.163 of 2015. He seeks permission to withdraw the Petition on the ground that the first Petitioner is not a registered organization. He submits that a liberty may be granted to the Applicant/proposed Petitioner whose name is disclosed in the Chamber Summons (L) No.163 of 2015 to file a fresh Public Interest Litigation on the same cause of action.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition as withdrawn. The issues raised in this Petition are kept open. This order will not prevent any other person from filing a fresh PIL raising same dispute provided he is otherwise eligible to file a PIL. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J) (A.S.OKA, J)
