Counsel for Applicant. It appears that the captioned Petition was filed for obtaining Letter of Administration.

Petition was dismissed for non-payment of court fees. Ld. Counsel for Applicant submitted that the captioned Petition is uncontested Petition. Statement is accepted.

As captioned Petition is uncontested, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.
