Accepted. All the heirs have consented. Hence, issuance of proclamation dispensed with. The Petition is made returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal. 2.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Zubeida Alias Jubeda Mohammed Sarang Alias Jubeda Mohd. Sarang, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where she was ordinarily resident, on 15th August 2017. A copy of her death certificate is annexed.

The deceased was survived by three sons, two married daughters and a grandson. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. 4.

Of these heirs, one son Farooq Mohammed Sarang predeceased the deceased on 8th August 2004. His son Faisal Farooq Sarang is listed and has granted consent.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for production before MHADA in regard to a Tenement No. 1860, Chawl No. 67, Group No. 7, Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli (Ease) Mumbai - 400 083. 6.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Arif Mohammed Sarang, Sarfaraz Mohammed Sarang, Farhat Aziz Patel, Arifa Banoo Naeem Shaikh and Faisal Farooq Sarang.
