The Suit is for recovery of an amount alleged as expenses. Defendant No. 1, a German company, is now reportedly in liquidation. Defendant No. 2 was joined as an agent of Defendant No. 1 prior to its insolvency/liquidation/bankruptcy. Mr Samudrala for the Plaintif has sought but not obtained any information in regard to the status of Defendant No. 1.

Mr Samudrala, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Suit. The Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs.
