Petitioner has challenged a communication dated 22nd November, 2017, under which the petitioner is asked to file reply why FIR should not be lodged against him for failing to surrender surplus area to Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had also filed such reply. He stated that the respondents have yet to pass any further order considering such reply. 2.
