By an order dated 18 th February, 2016, Mr. Rohan Cama, Advocate was appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties arising out of the Deed of Partnership dated 9 th April, 1999, which would include the claims and counter claims of the parties. However, Mr. Rohan Cama, Advocate has expressed his inability to act an Arbitrator in the matter. The Court therefore proposes to appoint Mr. Minoo Siodia, Advocate & Solicitor to resolve the disputes between the parties arising out of the Deed of Partnership dated 9 th April, 1999, which would include the claims and counter claims of the parties. In view thereof, Mr. Minoo Siodia, Advocate & Solicitor shall submit disclosure under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The Advocates for the parties shall forward a copy of this order to Mr. Minoo Siodia, Advocate & Solicitor.

All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this order, duly authenticated by the learned Associate of this Court.
