1] The Petition challenges the notice dated 7th January 2010, thereby directing eviction of the Petitioners. An affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of Respondent No.4. Perusal of the reply would reveal that the notice dated 7th January 2010 has already been executed on 16th January 2010. Reply also sates that the Petitioners have already shifted to the transit accommodation provided by the developer.
