By consent, the order dated 20-12-2014 is set aside. 2.

The disputes between the parties arising out the Agreement dated 01-10-2010 are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Rashmin Khandekar, Advocate.

(ii) The learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass his Award within a period of four months from the date of the first meeting held by him with the parties and their Advocates.

(iii) The parties and their Advocates shall meet the learned Arbitrator in his Chambers on 09-03-2015 at 5.30 p.m., and obtain necessary directions in the matter.

(v) The venue of the arbitration shall be at Mumbai. (vi) All contentions of the parties including the contention of the Respondent that the claim of the Applicant is barred by the Law of Limitation, are kept open.

(vii)The above Arbitration Application as well as the Notice of Motion are accordingly disposed of.
