The Testamentary Petition (L) No.1639 of 2015 is restored to file. All objections, including as to payment of Court Fees, to be removed on or before 29th July 2016, with no possibility of extension. In default, the Testamentary Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be restored thereafter under any circumstances.
